Book Two: Branch One Hundred and Twenty Seven

The day was over and Aletta was wrapping up her activity so she could go home. Joshua had told her to send the driver off so they could go on a date. She was getting excited because as it is now they were sneaking around trying to avoid the press and media while trying to date.

"Is Joshua in?" Aletta raised her head to meet the gaze of Anette in front of her.

"It's Mr. Delgado, we are in the office" Aletta replied eyeing Anette in front of her.

"What?" Anette asked in confusion blinking her eyes rapidly.

"We are at work, you have to be respectful of his position," Aletta said in a tone as if she were teaching her.

"It's past working hours" Anette said scrunching up her face in confusion. Why did she need to address everyone so formally? She hated that she had to be here.

"But this is an office" Aletta said resting into her chair and twirling it a bit.

Anette thought to herself of how bold Aletta was. She did not know why she was being so adamant about formalities. Aletta raised her e
