Sixty-Nine

Zyrielle's POV.

Watching rain through the lenses of his family's name was a bad perception. I had come to realize that I was probably treating him based on the image I had created in my head but he was quite different.

My hands flew to my stomach absent-mindedly as I contemplated my next action. We were supposed to be meeting with his lawyers but I needed some break due to my health. Now that we had the time, we weren't going to let it slip off our hands.

"So, I have an offer for you." Rain spoke as we proceeded to the seat in the restaurant. I could almost imagine what he was about to say. For him to be acting all humble, that means he was up to no good and was trying to make up for it.

"Don't bother to say it if you know it's going to offend. I don't treat offenses lightly." I warned him and he began to laugh.

"Why do women find it so hard to forgive men?" He wiggled his brows, I was getting to understand that he was plain and used this medium as a form of releasing stress.
