Seventy-Two

Zyrielle's POV.

I knew that I could be considered to be acting relationally but that didn't stop the fact that I was right in whatever actions I decided to take. This was simply not right and I wasn't going to allow anyone to bamboozle me into accepting it.

Rain had spoken a lot about how he has always wanted me and I was starting to believe it, but with all the evidence presented before me, I didn't know what to think. This wasn't even the case of whatever I felt for him. He had to be accountable to his words so that I would trust him.

"So, you are practically saying that I am a liar and a cheat, is that what you mean?" He inquired and I shrugged casually.

He wasn't making it easy for me to defend him. "You know everything that I suffered with Lucas, if you keep on bringing up signs that send the wrong signal to me, what do you want me to expect?"

Rain glanced at me before heading into the bathroom. He wasn't going to speak with me because he knew I was speaking nothing but facts.
