Chapter 6 - Hello, again!

(Nyla's pov)

Ronan's deep voice echoed in my ear and a sense of tension ran through my body!

Standing close to me he fixed his gaze on my face, his eyes were screaming the hatred building inside his blood.

"Come with me" He ordered and for some reason, I followed him without any hesitation, as I stepped outside with him, everyone seemed worried including Julia!

Upon coming out of the house, Ronan's feet stopped and he turned his head to me, he grabbed my wrist gently and pushed me softly to the tree behind me!

As soon as my back touched the tree's rough outer, I felt the seriousness of the situation.

Ronan rested his one hand on the tree whereas his other hand was on my shoulder, he fixed his rage filled eyes at me, and spoke in his deep voice "Why are you here again?"

"I was here with my friends, so I thought of saying hello to you and the boys" words left my mouth without stammering though my feet were shaking. Ronan's fingers softly touched my forehead and tucked my hair behind my ear, moving his face closer to my face, he whispered in my ear " I helped you last time because I was being generous but that doesn't mean I want to see you again!" He threw sharp words at me and I could feel my heart tighten.

I took a deep breath and clenched my tears from rolling down my eyes.

"I am sorry, I thought we were friends" He pulled me closer to him and my small body hit his masculine chest "friends? you were just a lost girl in the forest!" as soon as his words reached my ears, my heart couldn't take it anymore and anger rushed through my veins "fine, I will never show you my face again" A devilish smirk appeared on the corner of his lips and he made his grip stronger on my waist.

His touch was magical and my body was losing control as if my soul was summoned to him, slowly his eyes shifted the gaze from my chest to my face, and dominating words came out of his mouth "next time if I see you here, I will teach you a good lesson" has said that, he freed me from his grip and ordered in his deep manly voice "now leave with your friend "

As my feet stepped inside the house, my eyes avoided contact with everyone, I made my grip stronger on Julia's wrist and dragged her outside with me!

Julia was asking me the same question again and again "what happened to you?" my lips refused to answer and my feet kept on moving.

I was walking as fast as I could until Julia showed her stubbornness and refused to take any steps further "what is wrong with you, sister?" she shouted, and at that moment I finally let my tears roll down from my eyes!

Seeing my teary eyes Julia became worried, coming close she hugged me tight "something bad happened with Ronan, right?" Julia didn't need any words to understand my pain because for her my silence was enough.

"He wasn't happy to see me at all, it was only me" words came out of my mouth whereas tears were still falling from my eyes. Julia patted my shoulder softly and a warm smile appeared on her lips "Ronan is going to regret it soon, after all my sister is the most beautiful girl" her words made me laugh and I realized how stupid my heart was behaving for a guy!!!

"Forget about him, you can have any guy" Julia comforted me with her funny words but even her weird jokes were pleasing to my ears.

"I fell for him so quickly just because he saved me twice, but don't worry I will move on" My determined mind decided to become stronger rather weak for Ronan.

Three months later...

Standing near my window I was admiring the view outside, raindrops were touching the green grass and the sound of them felt like a melody to my ears.

"Nyla, come down!" Aunt Isla shouted from downstairs and the moment her words reached my ear I rushed to her.

As I went downstairs I found Chris waiting for me!

Chris and I have been hanging out with each other for a month now, we're not dating, we just started to get to know each other.

I met him at a BBQ party, he grew up in London and recently moved back to our town. We clicked well though he confessed his feelings to me I didn't give him an answer!

"Hey! I decided to join you for lunch" Chris said in his manly voice, I looked at him and smiled with all my heart "well, you decided good" He laughed and took a step closer to me "you're looking beautiful" He complimented my looks but his body language was speaking of innocence as he didn't dare to look straight into my eyes.

"Thank you!" my simple thank you was enough to make his cheeks red and I knew his feelings for me were genuine.

We were busy talking about ourselves when suddenly got interrupted by Aunt Isla!

"We have new neighbors" Her words threw excitement in our entire house that's because after six years someone finally moved into that haunted house!

Yes, the house across the street is famous for being haunted and this rumor made everyone abandon that house!

Julia rushed to me and shouted with joy "Let's go welcome them" as her loud voice reached our ears, we all went outside in the rain holding the umbrella just to see our neighbor, we were waiting to take one glimpse of our neighbours.

A hot masculine shirtless guy came outside looking straight into the direction of our house, but as soon as my far vision became clear in the rain I realized that the hot guy is none other 'Ronan!'
