Chapter 5 - Back to home!

Early in the morning, Nyla left as promised and Ronan accompanied her to the main Street of Town.

"You can go from here, right?" Ronan said showing his little concern toward Nyla. A warm smile appeared on her lips and words left her mouth "Thank you for everything, I can go from here" Ronan nodded his head and left without looking back.

As soon as Nyla entered her house, Julia rushed to her and hugged her tightly with all her arms power "We were so worried about you" hearing Julia's cry, Aunt Isla came out of her room but the look on her face was scary rather than worried.

"Where were you, young lady?" she questioned Nyla looking straight into her eyes. Nyla was scared and so she took a step back but Aunt Isla grabbed her hand strongly and demanded an answer. Taking a deep breath Nyla said in her guilty voice "I was staying at my friend's house, she lives outside of the town, so there was no network" Aunt Isla furrowed her brows with doubt but didn't cross question her anymore!!

"Fine, you're grounded though" Aunt Isla's decision made Julia scream her lungs out.

"Why are you screaming, young lady?" Aunt Isla asked with frustration as if she is so done with both the girls.

"Mom, we have a huge party to attend" words left Julia's mouth and created an awkward silence in the entire room!

"You're grounded as well" saying that Aunt Isla left all angry and frustrated.

"What party are you talking about?" Nyla asked as she wasn't aware of Julia's secret planning for the party.

"We're celebrating Carla's birthday in the middle of the woods" Nyla's eyes widened as she heard Julia talking about the woods.

"Why in the middle of the woods?" Nyla questioned in her dry throat as she was still, juggling with the fear!

"We all want some adventure, " Julia said flaunting her strength but she noticed something was wrong with Nyla, so she asked patting her shoulder " is something wrong?" Nyla looked at her with worried eyes and told her the entire story from the last two days.

Julia was having a hard time believing everything.

"Was that guy handsome?" Julia asked with excitement because this was the first time when Nyla mentioned a man!

"He was indeed good-looking" Words left Nyla's mouth and her cheeks turned red with shyness, Nyla's words made Julia scream with happiness "oh my God! you finally found someone" Nyla coughed and cut Julia's words in the middle

"I am not falling for him, he was just nice to me but we should avoid going to the forest" Nyla turned the conversation into seriousness.

"We're going, you can meet him again if you go there" Julia encouraged Nyla a little and like a kid, her mind and her heart were both drawn to Julia's words.

"We're grounded," Nyla showed her disappointment whereas Julia's eyes were still blickering with hope, a smile appeared on her lips and that smile was pointing towards her evil plan "we can always escape from the window" Nyla was shocked and impressed at the same time, she saw it as the only way to meet Ronan again.

Later at Night, Julia And Nyla, both dressed up like pretty dolls and as per their plan, they slid down from the pipe attached to the window and successfully escaped from Aunt Isla's prison.

They ran as fast as they could and met others at the decided meeting point, everyone started walking inside the woods and upon reaching there Nyla noticed the woods were not dark but rather felt lively with all the lights.

"See, it's not scary at all" Julia whispered to Nyla expressing her relief, Nyla smiled back at her and nodded her head.

On the other hand, Ronan was arguing with Austin "It was just a simple help, nothing personal involved" Ronan said giving justification for his sweet nature toward Nyla but cunning Austin's heart knew Ronan was lying and so he kept on forcing him until he finally spilled the beans

"Fine, I felt a strange connection to her and couldn't say no to her as if I was sharing her emotions" Ronan's words made Austin jump on the floor with happiness and shock at the same time "she is your mate" he shouted his lungs out but Ronan wasn't ready to accept her because for him only one thing matters " Alpha"

"She will never be my mate but I will protect her as much as I can, this is the least I can do for her" Ronan made himself Clear to Austin.

Back at the party, Everyone was busy dancing, drinking, and making out whereas Nyla decided to meet Ronan again and for that she asked Julia to go with her, holding hands both the sisters walked towards his house through the woods, and upon reaching there, Nyla knocked at the door.

Austin opened the door and was surprised to see Nyla with another girl "Didn't you leave in the morning?" he asked with doubt, Nyla looked at Julia for a moment and again shifted her eyes back to Austin "we were having a party in the woods, so I came to see the boys" Nyla's words made everyone aware of her presence and all the boys came running to her "Nyla, you're back" words left their mouth together and happiness ran through Nyla's body.

Holding her hand they pulled her inside the house "Is she your friend?" Kai asked looking at Julia.

Julia smiled at him and said "I am her cousin" kai was mesmerized by her voice and going closer to her he whispered " I like your voice" Julia laughed and replied, " so you like me?" Kai's cheeks turned red and other boys started cheering for him.

"She is not that pretty" Austin said interrupting Julia's conversation with Kai, his words made Julia angry and she stood strong against him

"You're not great either, so stop complaining" Austin's face turned red from anger and they started arguing like kids.

"Where is Ronan?" Nyla asked the boys as her eyes were searching for him from the moment she entered the house.

Jax was about to answer her question but his words got interrupted by Ronan's presence!
