Chapter two

Well the previous day did go well, we finished early so Julia had time to weave my hair and we talked for sometime and today is a new day.

" Amelia Amelia" I heard Julia screaming from outside, what did I say, she was really my alarm clock, I quickly wiped my body with towel changed to another clothes and rushed to meet her in the door.

" hello jully, you are becoming good in being an alarm clock" I said sarcastically

" hey princess, came to inform you, your dad is back" She said, my mood for the would sure be sour because nothing good comes out anytime he was around.

" Amelia you don't have to feel bad, just try avoiding him as much as you can, everything would be fine, before I forget we are cleaning the pack pool,the douche bag is having a pool party by 12" Sophy said trying to cheer me up, she did a good job as long as I try to avoid him, I definitely wouldn't have any problem or so I thought.

  we rushed to the pool, we didn't want to be beaten up by that animal, the pool was as stinky as expected, but everything is fun as long as Jully was there. We cleaned up pretty fast and rushed to the kitchen to grab breakfast but lo and behold, no left overs, we were already used to starting the day without breakfast, we just went by the pack house, I sensed someone, my father. I tried walking as fast as I could.

"Amelia!!!"I heard a thunderous voice, I freezed at the spot, God!! what did I do to deserve all this. I maintained my composure and rushed to answer him.

" Good day Sir" I said bowing, you might be wondering why I greeted him with the emphasis on the "sir" well he had warned me never to call him dad, so I have gotten used to seeing him as a stranger.

" you didn't hear of my return? how dare you!!" he said angrily, before I could utter a word, a heavy slap landed on my cheek leaving the metallic taste of my blood lingering in my mouth, I had gotten used to his beating, so I didn't bother shedding a tear.

" hey you leave those clothes, hand it over to this freak here, you all are free for today" he said as he pushed me to the floor, I could hear laughter all round but I didn't bother, I just mind linked Julia to go ahead, I would meet her later. 

   "Gosh!! I am so tired" I said within me, I had managed to do all the laundry meant for ten to fifteen people, my back and palm were all sore, I leaped as I went back to my room, Julia was already there waiting.

" Jully you still awake" I asked

" how could I sleep when you are stuck outside in the cold washing piles of clothes" Julia replied, what would have done without her. 

" let me guess, you are here to treat my sores" I said grinning, I removed my gown, I still had red blisters all over my body, she applied a balm that stinked a little but it was something I could bear.

" Amelia are you sure Beta Jonathan is you father?" Julia asked, I had thought about it too when I was younger but my mother assured me, he was, so who am I to doubt that.

" you gat to be kidding me, this is a million times question, well the answer is yes and does he hate me " yes", you don't have to feel bad for me bestie, it kinda part of me now, and only my mate might actually save me" I said smiling. Speaking of mates I was yet to find mine, some omegas were freed from all this when they found their mates and it became every omega's dream to find a mate or atleast be chosen as a sugar baby by those old fools which was Sophia's aim though. Julia carefully applied the balm on my sore parts, Julia had always been sweet since we met, she was an orphan and we kinda bonded quickly, since then we have been inseparable.

" Speaking of which, Julia how did the pool party go?" I asked I needed to strike a conversation, the room was becoming so quite.

" it did go well, how girl Sophy had managed to upgrade her level, I really wonder what happens when she finds her mate" Julia said

" Hmm it's her business, I can't wait to find my mate to take me out of this shit hole" I complained, deep down I still had the fear of not being accepted by my supposed mate.

" Amelia what if our mates decides to reject us, like have you ever thought of that, you know some omega's are rejected by their mates because of their status" Julia said, I could feel the pain in her voice, I have been through that thought but I always hoped for the best. I gave her a reassuring smile.As long as my mate is not an Alpha or beta probably gamma, I am good to go besides I am not expecting much. She chatted for a bit before she dozed off, while I stayed awake thinking about how my life would have been, if I was born normally and my mother was still alive and didn't have to die protecting me, I was sure the hatred my family had for me increased the very day my mother died and they constantly reminded me that I was the one that killed her but deep down I knew I was innocent, I was just twelve, what could I do. What could a twelve years old do??

  I decided to sleep, I was sure tomorrow had its own loads of drama., or maybe my savior would come around and rescue me

 from the black night pack, yes that is the name of this god forsaken pack.
