"Was that really necessary?" I asked as me and Davion made our way outside the room where we had just held the meeting that ended up badly as usual. "You didn't have to do that. You just got him fired from his job? Are you even listening to me Davion? I'm talking to you."

He stopped at the elevator and turned to look at me while he waited for the doors to open. "And what do you want me to do about it? He not only tried to insult you but also tried to defame your character in front of me like he's some kind of saint." He rolled his eyes angrily.

"But still, I never asked you to take charge of it did I? I never asked you to fight for me. It was between us so why did you have to butt in?" I asked feeling exasperated. "You're always used to creating enemies Davion and I don't want that. Do you know what might happen if he decides to take it out on me? You never try to consider my feelings or emotions. You just do things as if it's your right when it isn't in the first place."
