Ella Smith...

My entire world was crumbling down on me. My eyes were wide open, but the only thing I could see was darkness.

Images were flashing in my head, and voices were ringing in my ears.

I couldn't understand what was going on around me.

I could hear a distant voice calling my name out. A hand would reach for my shoulder once in a while, trying to shake me awake.

I wasn't asleep. I was just lost.

I blinked my eyes multiple times before I looked around.

My vision was very blurry, but I could tell that I was sitting in the front seat of a car, a car that was going really fast.

My head swayed from side to side. I had no control over myself what so ever.

Everything felt like it had happened so fast, yet it felt like it took days.

The scent of my own blood was making my head hurt. It made my skin feel weird. I knew for sure that if I reached up to touch the side of my face, I would feel the dryness, along with the swollen side.
