Ella Smith...

I stayed frozen by the door with my hands still rested on the final lock I had to turn to fully secure the door of the third room.

I kept my eyes planted on the many locks and tried to keep them away from my hands. I already knew what they were dipped in.

My ten fingers, the webs between my fingers, and the entirety of my palm was completely dry. After I had wiped my hands on the front of my shirt to get rid of the blood, I had hoped that my hands would be clean.

But of course, they weren't clean.

I closed my eyes and took a deep breath in through my nose and blew it out through my lips. Everything that had happened just a few minutes ago kept playing in my head.

A shiver ran down my spine before it came back up to fill my head.

I opened my eyes and turned to look at the six monitors. I have always wondered what was in this room, well, now I know.
