123: Feeling disappointed

Larry arrived at the city center in the evening at around 5 PM and drove straight to the Luis mansion, believing that Miranda would be there. He was enraged that she had lied to him about traveling to meet her business partner.

"How can she lie to me and go to Derrick's house? I cannot allow Derrick and Miranda to wed. Miranda is my wife," Larry affirmed to himself, thinking about the years he had spent bonding with Miranda and pursuing her. Now that they were supposed to tie the knot, she was backsliding.
