As soon as I finished speaking, the smile on Luna’s face faltered.

I smirked, pulling out the pendant to show her.

The diamond quality and craftsmanship were leagues ahead of the one in her hand.

Owen stared blankly at the engraving on the pendant. "Sunny? What does that mean?"

Without expression, I gave a nonchalant reply, "Oh, I forgot to mention. That’s the name I gave my daughter—Sunny Johnson."

Panic flashed in Owen's eyes. "But we agreed to name her Luna Clinton!”

"That was the past," I said coldly, my gaze void of warmth. "And besides, I hate the moon."

Yancy flooded the post with likes and even called me to chat.
