Sage found Ian's words amusing. "Mr. Holcomb, why are you making such a big deal out of this? When have I not given a damn about your feelings?"

His tone was harsh. "Whose wife would just sit there and watch as her husband gets hit on by another woman? Even a friend would have stepped in and helped the other person out!"
