as soon as he walked into the master bedroom, he noticed that a lot of Sage's belongings were missing. Most of the bottles and jars on the vanity were gone, along with her frequently worn headband and the peculiar lights she used to illuminate her face. All of them had disappeared without a trace.

The dressing room, which had once been filled with bright and beautiful dresses, was now considerably barren. The shelves that used to hold her shoes and handbags were also empty. That hollow feeling washed over him once again.
