“Y…you?”  He stepped closer to me, each sound making my heart race. I instinctively moved back but my back was already against the wall, there was nowhere to run, I had to face him and stand up to him but how would I even do that?. I could stand up to him when he was my boss, but now he is my mate, my second chance mate. Would he even accept me? Would he even want me? His son's caretaker?. A mere omega?.
