You have heard Storm’s prophecy about the wrongs to be righted and it is time we tell her. Rayanne stays silent but gives a tightlipped nod to Storm. To the river, well, to our place, huh? The night is so quiet, warm, blue. After the club noise, the silence is almost palpable. On the black calm water, a path shines from a huge moon, slowly floating out from behind the horizon. Insects scatter their unpretentious, monotonous trills in thickets of gorse and heather. It smells of some flowers and some algae. It is not far from here to the parental home: if you climb the steep bank, it will be in full view. Lou knows this place like the back of his hand. He sits on the sand, half off his shoes, and watches as Kitsune undresses. Blond hair and lightly tanned skin appear silvery in the diffused light of the moon. The dragonfly on the shoulder b

The sound of that strange name drew my attention back to the group and what I saw next was nothing short of wondrous. Little Leah was still in Luna Malaya’s arms with Sarah and Julian right next to them, looking at Freya in wonder. And then there was Freya, who had been the person to utter those strange butterflies. Her hand was raised towards the baby’s face and suddenly, a bright blue smoke formed in her hands and as it rose, out came a beautiful blue butterfly, larger than any normal butterfly I had ever seen. A glittery dust came out of its wings that shore like diamonds in the light and it rose even higher, leaving behind a trail of glitter dust in its wave.

She brought it closer to his face and Bolton took a step back swiftly. "Oh my God! You don't say. Is that what I think it is?" His golden eyes lit up with excitement. "Yes, my love. This right here is a Wormwood Moth. The moth that destroys any being even the immortals. One sniff of powder from its wings is enough to slowly take your life. You will not realize it until it's too late." "When are you planning to put it to play? Where?" His eagerness would serve to irritate her but she was too engrossed in her evil plan to mind him.

These butterflies are called by Miren's mother's beautiful voice, and when the butterflies appear there will be a large swarm. In Miren's eyes, her mother is an angel of the highest order. An angel who possesses a voice more enchanting than any dream. Miren considered the sound of her mother's voice to be the most exquisite she had ever encountered in her life. The mother of Miren had to go through excruciating suffering but unfortunately, it was because of that beautiful voice. A start brought her back from the memory of the past. Since that time, the stunning silver butterfly had been attempting to conceal itself in front of her.

Drake Calloway still picked on me, followed by cold laughter from the other boy and the wolf. “Stop it, Drake.” Nathan came between us. “Why don’t we all go to the spring? I heard the Moon Goddess sometimes appears in the Full Moon.” “You still believe that bedtime story?” Bryan Waltz, the one with curly hair, chuckled. He patted the wolf next to him. “I think even Elliott no longer believes it—and he’s only ten.”

He questioned, seeing the nervousness in my eyes and my mouth almost tasting metallic. "Yes, I think I am." I let it out without fear, I'm the Moonglow, reincarnation of the moon goddess at least that was the mantra I chanted to myself as assurance now and then. The car eased into the driveway and there were many more wolves than the last time beta wolves, omega wolves and Gamma wolves. Just as my eyes were doing the physical calculation. One of the betas walked towards us. His face was scarred and his build was visible from the jersey shirt he worked on. His platinum blond hair was nearly brushed in Jerry curls.

I spray quite a bit on its leaves and branches, and like moths to flame, the butterflies chase the scent in union. Because I used the Blue Moon Flower in my perfume, there’s a natural glow that it emits, creating a fluorescent light exactly like the Blue Moon Tree. By lacing the wings of all the butterflies with the perfume, their insect bodies glow a soft hue. Sparkling in a dance of color as they gently flap their wings whilst perching on the branches and leaves of the tree. I’m awed by the sight, and so is the crowd. I’m also just in time too. I’ve made the Blue Moon Tree glow!

I was in my mother’s garden, cradling the body of the butterfly I had just killed. “What is taken can also be given.” I thought back to every person I’d ever killed and realized he was right. My magic wasn’t a poison that rotted their flesh. It was a blade—a blade of moonlight and stars—that carved the soul out and set it free. If I could rip them out, then I had to be able to force them back in. Nox hovered close by, his voice a gentle song in my ear. “Lilac, she doesn’t have much longer.”

It was a rebirth of the mind, heart, and soul—an opportunity to rewrite their story and embrace the fullness of their potential. As the moonlight embraced the transformed soul, an iridescent cocoon formed around them. Within its ethereal confines, a metamorphosis unfolded, symbolizing the profound changes taking place. In the stillness of that moment, the weary soul shed its former self and emerged as a radiant being, reborn with a luminous aura that echoed the gentle glow of the moon. The Moon Goddess gazed upon the reborn soul with immense pride and affection. "Go forth, dear one, and live the life you were meant to lead," she whispered, her voice carrying the echoes of countless stars.
