Ranu Tirta, seorang dokter vaksinolog sekaligus anggota klan Middle East, -gangster mafia terbesar di benua timur- di minta membuat sebuah formula dari virus tersebut menjadi senjata biologis mematikan yang sangat menguntungkan jika dijual di pasar gelap. Di sisi lain, kematian Danik -perawat kesayangan Tirta- yang meninggal karena terinfeksi virus tersebut membuat amarahnya bergejolak. Terlebih saat mengetahui ada yang janggal dari kematian Danik.
