An accident right from when Mark Scott was in his mother's womb granted him Electric powers. His mother died from the electrocution accident and he was born prematurely. Placed in an incubator for two months, he survived. Mark's dad discovered his son had electric powers when the former was still young. A narrow escape from the American government led them to hide and settle in an African Country, Nigeria ( His late mom's country). He concealed his powers until he reached the age Seventeen, where he had to use it in a life and death situation, which almost exposed his identity. But seems he will have to use his powers again, when Nigeria and the rest of Africa is endangered by a foreign threat.

Joining Excel was a successful career. Allen was also of the same mind. He thought joining it was the gateway to a stable career. He finally found his chance when the institute was on a hiring spree for its Project EVO. The World hoped for another breakthrough smilingly, not knowing they had become too good, without sufficient preparation. Yes, they had done so without knowledge.

Luna bisa mengeluarkan bola cahaya dari kedua tangannya, juga memukul orang dewasa sampai pingsan. Karena itu ia dijauhi teman-teman sekelasnya, dan dijuluki sebagai si anak monster. Sampai akhirnya ia mendengar nama Garda Patriot: kelompok orang-orang yang punya kekuatan ajaib sama seperti dirinya dan memaka kekuatannya untuk melindungi kota dari kejahatan. Mereka tersembunyi dan tidak banyak orang yang mengetahuinya kecuali mungkin Dirga, teman sebangkunya yang sangat menyukai kelompok itu. Sambil berusaha tetap menyembunyikan kekuatannya, Luna dan Dirga mencari Garda Patriot. Ia ingin belajar mengendalikan kekuatannya agar bisa membantu orang lain dan mempunyai banyak teman. Dalam pencariannya, Luna tak menyadari menyadari bahwa ia juga menjadi incaran sebuah kelompok jahat yang mengancam nyawanya.

De l’autre, Orancia, cité engloutie après le Cataclysme, où le libéralisme est poussé à l’excès et la vie des citoyens n’a d’autant de valeur que leur compte-action.Arystra et Orancia sont-elles des menaces pour Elysia ou l'opportunité d'élargir ses frontières ? Et quelles sont ces Failles qui apparaissent mystérieusement tout autour de la planète ? De Veil Deylor, soldat malgré lui d’Arystra, à Elias et Caine, les réponses se trouvent à la croisée des chemins.
