Ketika hidup penuh dengan problem yang ada, ketika hidup dicoba dengan beban yang berat, dan ketika diri sendiri mulai merasa mencapai titik letihnya dengan semua yang membebaninya apakah masih ada kebahagian yang boleh diharapkan. Adakah sedikit kebahagian untuk itu tidak apa dia datang terlambat, tidak apa juga harus bersabar lebih lagi yang pasti aku beraharap kebahagian itu ada untuk ku. Meskipun aku harus menunggu disini untuk itu.

Francisca was only 10 years old when her mother decided to pack hers and Francisca's things and leave their home along with Fran's father and 2 older brothers. Francisca never knew why her mom suddenly took her and left. She didn't understand how her father and brothers wouldn't want to hear from her as her mother suggests. Her mother remarries a year after they left and dies only three years later in a car accident. 2 years after the accident, Francisca's step father, Mathew gets a job in Brooklyn New York. So, now Francisca is going to move to another state and attend a new school. She wasn't expecting much but she definitely didn't expect to see her brothers -who she left behind in California- to be attending the same school as her. They're seniors while she's a sophomore. I owe you no explanation" She said feeling uncomfortable under his scrutinized gaze. He took three long strides towards her before pinning her to the wall, his hot breath fanning her neck. Lexi could feel her heart pounding in her chest as her eyes met his ocean blue eyes. She hates to deny it but he grew much more handsome than before. A slow smirk appeared on his lips as he wrapped his arms around her waist. Lexi shook, trying to push him off but he stood gallantly like a statue, his height towering above her. " Let me ..go.. now" her voice hoarse. " I hate repeating myself Lexi. With that, he stared at her eyes... deeply. "I like y---" Ngunit, hindi niya natuloy ang kaniyang mga salita. Leighton's mouth gaped open and his eyes suddenly widened. Napaatras siya dahilan upang mapatigil sila sa pagsasayaw. This can't be... "Waj, what's wrong?" Eun-ji innocently asked. She tried to reach him ngunit umiwas si Leighton sa kaniya. His hands and lips trembled while still looking at the woman's face covered with mask, highlighting her eyes. Those eyes... Those eyes that brought him trauma for how many years...
