Virus mematikan yang dikembangkan di Rowan -sebuah lembaga penelitian rahasia seperti NASA yang berjalan di bidang sains dan teknologi- telah tersebar dan menyebabkan pandemi! Tak ada penjelasan dari Rowan, tak ada yang tahu pasti apa yang terjadi sebenarnya di sana. Ranu Tirta, seorang dokter vaksinolog sekaligus anggota klan Middle East, -gangster mafia terbesar di benua timur- di minta membuat sebuah formula dari virus tersebut menjadi senjata biologis mematikan yang sangat menguntungkan jika dijual di pasar gelap. Profesinya sebagai dokter menolak hal tersebut, tetapi dia tak bisa abai begitu saja dengan perintah Sang Direktur. Will they still be able to come back to their original world, or just be trapped inside this place?
