Satu persatu dari mereka lenyap dari dalam pesawat. Namun mereka kembali muncul dalam wujud makhluk siluman berkuku panjang. Mengerikan...., makhluk-makhluk itu meneror penumpang yang masih selamat. Adam, yang mempunyai kemampuan supernatural setelah mengalami kecelakaan pesawat Hercules Lockheed C-130 yang dia piloti enam bulan yang lalu itu harus berjibaku untuk menyelamatkan sisa-sisa penumpang yang masih bernyawa. Tak hanya itu....., dia juga harus mampu memecahkan teka-teki berbentuk lingkaran yang terputus di beberapa titik untuk bisa kembali pulang. Titik-titik itu merupakan sederetan peristiwa misterius yang terjadi dalam penerbangan itu.
