~Nicklaus~THE PAST It had been about a month since he met his mate Emily. She was beautiful. The most beautiful thing he had ever seen. He had stayed with her pack some here and there. Hester kept a really close eye on him, naturally. And then she went and spent a week with his pack. This was customary when wolves from different packs met and were mates. And this continued. They’d go back and forth and stay a few days with each others packs. ~Emily~The Present The next day Emily cooked breakfast for Luca and Olivia. Then they played a little while before it was time to go. She called Nick and told him not to worry about coming and getting them .. she would bring them home herself. Once they got into town she dropped Luca off at the little school they had there. And Olivia who only went to school three days a week because she was so young was going to stay with Tutu. She thanked Tutu profusely for all her help she had been giving them. “Oh nonsense dear.
