KAIDAIRA’S POV I slowly opened my eyes, taking in my surroundings; I was lying in a dark, damp room with stone walls and earthen floors; the place smelled like hell. I tried to sit up but couldn't. I felt a bang on my head, forcing me to lie back on the ground. Where was I? How did I get there? Memories began flooding in, accompanied by a striking headache; I could remember taking Thane to his room after the party, and then, coming back from the room, someone grabbed me. I've been captured. Again. Panic set in as I stumbled to my feet. I walked around the room, feeling the walls and looking for a door or window, but I couldn't find any, no exit, no escape. I sat back down wondering who could have done this and why. One crazy person came to mind.
