021: The devil visit.

I slowly opened my eyes, taking in the warm glow of the morning light streaming through the windows. As I turned carefully to the other side, I was met with the sight of Raymond's peaceful face, his chest rising and falling with each gentle breath. I smiled, feeling a surge of love and gratitude for this man who had brought so much joy and happiness into my life. It's been seven months since I had started living with him and last month he surprisingly asked that I marry him and that we plan a proper baby shower where family and friends would be invited. Stealing one last glare at him, I blushed. Raymond was indeed my peace. “Yes!” I exclaimed softly, agreeing to the idea that just dropped in my mind. I was going to make Raymond one of my old signature dish I learnt from my mother.Carefully, throwing off the covers,I swung my legs over the side of the bed, trying not to disturb Raymond. I wrapped my night robe around my slender body, making sure to cover my already large baby bump.

022: I want you back!

“You slut!” Diego spat bitterly as his eyes met with mine. “I thought it was just a coincidence but it's really damn true.” He added his eyes, scanning me from head to toe. “I know you are drunk,” I replied, my once calmed eyes firing triggers at Diego. “ What the hell are you doing here?” Diego said no words but continued to look at me in a most scornful way like I was trash. “Wait, don't tell me you are following me?” I asked as the idea of it dropped in my head. “Is that how low you have reduced yourself to?” I sneered at him. “Don't flatter yourself, you bitch.” Diego shut back. “So it's true all along, you were really cheating on me during your vacation.” He added.“Stop it! I am way past all those dramas. See get this in your head, I don't know why you keep on following me, but I’ve moved on and I am happy in my new life.” Diego hissed and gave me a long stare just before he tried to brush his way in. I was still reeling from the shock of seeing Diego on my doorstep, but a

023: Diego's day dream.

“You want what?” I asked, my eyeballs almost popping out from its socket in shock and a mix of amusement. As I continued to stare at him, I couldn't help but laugh hysterically in shock at the trash of a bombshell Diego just dropped. He wanted me back? After what he did to me? The absurdity was almost too much to bear. “He must be stupid to think that I would go back to him.” I thought in my head. But as I gazed at him, my laughter died down, replaced by a mix of anger and disgust. The baby kicked slightly in my belly, as if sensing my turmoil.I gave Diego a long, stern glare, my eyes boring into his. How dare he? Taking a deep breath, and with my heart pounding in my chest. I boldly closed the gap between us, looked straight into his eyes, and spoke so firmly and with a determined resolve. "You're dead dreaming, Diego. You are a joke."Diego's eyes widened slightly, but he didn't flinch. He just stood there, his gaze locked on mine, a hint of a smile playing on his lips. I fel

024: "Damn! I hate you Raymond! "

Diego's POV“Who does she think she is?” I barked out loud in my head as I settled into the driver's seat of my white SUV before slamming the door and stepping on the accelerator pedal, speeding out of Raymond's mansion. As I drove through the city, I held unto my steering wheel with so much rage.“No one goes against me, I always win, I was born to win.” I yelled out loud this time, my blood boiling red hot. “Who the hell is Raymond, what does he have that I don't?” I asked, my eyes glared at the rearview mirror, as it blazed with resentment towards my half brother, Raymond. Raymond had always seemed to have all that was supposed to be solely mine. Either he took them away entirely or I had to annoyingly share them with him. My father's love, his inheritance, and now... Bianca. The thought of it made me want to punch him so badly in the face. Overwhelmed with so much emotions as I continued ranting, I let out a menacing growl, my anger and frustration boiling over like a pot lef

025: Juana in the picture.

Juana's POV “Damn, Diego!” I cursed as I paced back and forth across the luxurious living room, my high heels clicking on the marble floor. “Where the heck are you?”I was so enraged, Diego had been acting up for some days now, he was supposed to come home last night, but he never showed up. And now, he wasn't even answering my calls.I muttered to myself, my voice rising in frustration. "What is wrong with him? Doesn't he know I'm worried sick about him? He didn't even drop a message." I stopped pacing and spun around, my eyes scanning the room as if searching for answers. "And why isn't he picking up my calls? Is he avoiding me?"I resumed my pacing, my mind racing with worst-case scenarios. What if something had happened to him? What if he was hurt or... or worse? I shuddered at the thought, my heart racing with anxiety. And then, a different thought occurred to me, one that made my blood boil. What if he was with her? What if he was with Bianca? I clenched my fists, my nails digg

026: "I can't let you win Bianca!"

“Trip, what?” I voiced out in surprise. Diego didn't mention anything about going for any business trip. “What was the trip for?” I inquired further, my lips almost touching his as I pinned Diego's assistant to the wall, out of human sight or office camera. “He… he… I don't know.” Diego's assistant stammered, not able to put himself together with all my curves almost on him. “See, you don't need to be scared, hun. Remember anything that happens here between us, stays with us.” I said seductively as I continued to caress his chest. “Uhmm…” he muttered, then adjusted his glasses. “C’mon you can talk, go on, maybe after telling me all I want to hear, you can finally have a taste of the cookie you have always wanted.” I voiced, a wide grin plastered on my face as I spoke. “He asked that I book a trip to Los Angeles, and…” “And, what?” I spat, almost running out of patience. “I think it's about a wedding invitation he received a few days ago. I overheard him scream and shout out Bia

027: A beautiful dream come true.

Bianca's POV My hands were at akimbo as I stared at the smoothed out bed which after several minutes of struggle I had succeeded in laying flat.I had just woken up from a restless sleep and a terrible dream. I didn't know if it was a warning sign or just an aftermath of my reeling mind which was still occupied with the events of a few days ago.As I worked, my thoughts drifted back to my confrontation with Diego. I had been so caught off guard, and my emotions had gotten the better of me. I had said things I couldn't take back, and now I was left to wonder what would happen next.“What if he goes through with his threat?” I was so lost in my thoughts that I didn't even notice Raymond sneaking up behind me. It wasn't until he wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me close that I flinched, my heart racing with surprise."Hey, sorry about that my love,” Raymond said, his voice low and smooth. "I didn't mean to scare you."I took a deep breath, trying to calm my racing heart. "It

Diego is missing!

Juana’s POV“Perfect!” I voiced out, having a mischievous grin on my face as I adjusted my dress and admired myself in the large rectangular mirror in front of me. With my hands on akimbo, I turned left, then right in front of the mirror. “You're so beautiful girllll…” I praised myself just before my eyes fell on my luxurious perfume calmly sitting at the edge of the table. “Ohh, my, I can't believe I almost forgot to put you on.” I said, picking it up and spraying it all over my body. It was my last arsenal for Diego.“Let me see if he would reject me this way,” I uttered softly in my head as I put finishing touches to my hair. In a few minutes, satisfied with my look, I stepped out of the room and began to make my way downstairs. “Ma’am everything is packed and is already in the car.” The chief cook, a middle aged woman in her fifties announced immediately she saw me. I stared at her without uttering a word, picked up my small pause on the dining table and strode towards the ex

029: perfect day gone wrong.

Raymond’s POV“Today has to be perfect,” I voiced out in my head as I paced back and forth in the grand ballroom, my eyes scanning the elegant decorations and the catering staff scurrying about. Today was the day - the day of the baby shower, and I wanted everything to be perfect.Bianca was my world, and now I wasn't just going to have her to myself but I am getting an extra gift to the package. As I reminisced about the love journey of Bianca and I, my heart filled with gratitude and I was determined to make this day special for her and our unborn child. A day that she would never forget. “Mrs Jenkins, please make sure the best wines are used to serve the guests today. Everything should be in order.” I quickly said, my voice calm but urgent as Mrs Jenkins walked across the hall. Mrs Jenkins nodded and smiled at my request. “Today would be a beautiful day Raymond, you don't need to worry.” I scanned the room making sure everything was in their rightful position for the last time

030: critical condition.

I couldn't believe the sight before me. One second Bianca was glowing and smiling as she stood beside me, and now she was covered with blood struggling for her own life. “Please stay with me,” I managed to utter, “We are almost there.” I added as I held her hand, trying to get her to stay with me. But her eyes were glazing over, her pupils dilating. I could feel her slipping away from me, and I was powerless to stop it."No, no, no," I whispered, my voice shaking with desperation. "Don't leave me, Bianca. Please don't leave me."The room around us was a blur of chaos and confusion. People were shouting, crying, and screaming. But I was focused solely on Bianca, trying to keep her with me.I felt a hand on my shoulder, and I turned to see one of our friends, a doctor, kneeling beside me. "Raymond, we need to get her to the hospital, now, or else we would lose her." he said, his voice firm and urgent.I nodded, still ho
