Brandon POV: We were standing outside and I caught glimpses of Leia watching us. It was like she was worried about something or she was over thinking something. "Do you know how to grill?" Her dad said pulling me out of my thoughts. "Yes sir, Out of me, Stephen and Alex I was the one who mainly grilled." I replied. "Call me Greg, and let's see how good you can do." Greg said, smiling at me. So this was a test, this is what they were going to do. I nodded my head and got to work, I opened the grill to make sure there wasn't any ashes left in it and grabbed the charcoal bag. "Anything new within the packs?" Brad asked as I continued to work. Leia POV: I woke up feeling like I had just gotten the best sleep of my life. Brandon was wrapped around me still sleeping but I wanted to get up so I carefully untangled myself from him and quietly walked into the bathroom to shower. I was feeling sore from last night's event but I couldn't help but let those memories flood back into my mind. I stepped into the shower and cleaned myself while I thought about what we were going to do today. He needed some clothes and I wanted to venture out for a little while to see the town that is here and that would give us quality time. When I stepped out I dried myself off and wrapped up my hair while I changed and got ready for the day. I decided to wear some simple shorts with a tank top and my sandals. It seemed comfortable to wear to walk around in. I took my hair down and brushed it out, deciding to let it air dry. I walked out of the bathroom and to the kitchen. Leia POV: When we got back home we unloaded everything we had gotten and took it inside of the house. It was nearly dinner time but I was worn out from the day. I know we both wanted to meet our wolves so I decided that after dinner we could walk along the trail in the woods and let each other meet them and then let the two of them run around and play for a little while. I walked into the bathroom and turned the shower on, I was sweating part of the day and I felt sticky and I wanted to stand under the hot water for a little while before we did anything else. I heard Brandon unpacking while I was undressing, I opened the shower door and stepped in welcoming the hot water against my skin. Brandon POV: It's been about a week and we have been keeping ourselves busy with little things. Leia and I started training in our own separate way and I was surprised to see how much we are alike when it comes to fighting. I walked out to the little pond to find her sitting on the dock with her feet in the water, "What are you thinking about?" I asked, sitting down next to her. "I think I am ready to go back home." Brandon POV: When she left I pulled out my phone and dialed Alleys number. "Hey, is everything okay?" She asked. "Yeah, everything is fine but I just filled Leia in on what has been going on and I was wondering if anything else has happened." I replied. "Lots has happened, babies are born, we are adjusting to things but all is well." Alley said and I could hear the smile in her voice. "Oh good, have you talked to Leia?" I asked. "Yeah, a few times. I told her to come by when you guys got back and we could talk. I'll make sure it's just us in the house though." Alley replied and I nodded my head.
