Blackwood's POV I walked into the room with a smile on my face and bumped into Jasmine sitting on the edge of the bed with rage in her eyes.Her lips were pursed and that didn't look like it was about to change. I looked around and smiled at her, hoping that she picked up on my signal and decided to finally ease herself from whatever stress she was handling. The only thing that showed that she was present was the way her eyes glanced at me in acknowledgment. Besides that, she didn't even feel my presence. I didn't know how to feel about that. It sends the wrong signal to me but I decided to ignore it and practically try to look at the bigger picture to know what was truly happening. "Is there a problem?" I inquired from her just to be sure of what was happening. She shook her head and I took it upon myself to move closer and see. "Can I ask you a question Mr Blackwood?" She inquired, stopping me from taking a further step towards her. I shrugged because that was understandable.
