Mark’s POV “Kate!” I hollered from the garden as she got out of her car. She turned to look at me and smiled politely. From the way her shoulders slumped, I could tell she had a rough day. “Do you think it is still appropriate to call out to her?” My wolf asked. I shrugged. “There is no harm in trying. Come on Kate.” I called out again, gesturing for her to come to me. With a small smile, she walked down to me. I could see her face well and she looked very tired. I pulled out a chair for her to sit in quickly. “Bad day at work?” I asked pouring her a cup of tea from my flask.
