AN UNSETTLING FEELINGBetty's POV: It was getting close to winter from the way the air left a tingle over my skin as I took a quick breath of the cold air. A Different SpaceBetty's POV I felt my pounding heart slowly slow down and my uneven breathing even as my hands wrapped tightly on the silver knife. He bolted towards me,the very next second barely giving me enough time to react. I was slammed to the ground harshly,which left a ringing sound in my ears and an overwhelming pain in my spine. I was sure I had broken a rib or two as I groaned in pain,out of breath with his hands wrapped around my neck trapping me down.
