Last night couldn’t have gone better than I’d hoped. Both packs managed to stay civilised, and they all even interacted with one another quite a bit as me and Lacey kept an eye on them from the oak tree. When it was time for everyone to get some rest, the sun wolves made enough space in several cabins for the earth wolves, and I shared Lacey’s cabin along with Emma and Max.When me and Lacey woke up this morning, we both cried again, just from the mere joy and relief of being able to do the next part of this trial together. Even with both of our parents no longer around, being with one another felt like home and she had told me how vigorously they had all been training each day hoping to one day go back and reclaim the land.I stood under the oak tree, the best spot to see the whole camp and I smiled at how my people and the earth wolves were trying to overcome their differences.
