I’m under the covers letting the salty tears stream down my face when there’s a light knock on the door and it opens. 

“Mills? It’s Steph.”

I’ve spent the day binging The Bachelor and being lazy. I texted Chase to let him know that I'm fine and I texted Steph to thank her for last night. 

It's Friday night, and the girls are going to be partying and working tonight but we made plans to hang out tomorrow afternoon.

He laughs and starts a fire in the fire pit out on the balcony that we’re on, “C'mon, sit over here.” he says sitting down in a chair around the pit. I get up

I am on cloud nine right now, what the hell was that?! That was the most out-of-this-world experience I’ve ever endured.
