___love makes us do crazy things ___ Chris's POV It's been a week since the incident with Ezra,I don't know what I was thinking and I certainly don't know what willed me to push her away. I was drunk was the only excuse I had. Why would she do that? She knew very well I would punish her or she thought that I would reciprocate . If I was sober it wouldn't have happened, I needed someone to keep me company but she went and ruined it. I didn't want anyone near me but strangely I wanted her company, what's wrong with me. Well I guess she learned her lesson. The masters are going to have a gathering in my mansion tomorrow. I was looking forward to it but ,each time a gathering was to be held,a master was selected to be the host. If anything goes wrong I am to blame. Chris's POV The next day my body was too weak to get out of bed,Hannah came visiting I was told,I went to meet her. Hannah embraced me happily,she requested to see Ezra when I narrated what happened to her ,she was led to the healers ,she thanked her. Hannah was scared for me ,I won't blame her, how can't I be safe in my own house."How can master George do this to you ?" She asked. I have no reply . After staying with me for a while She left in the afternoon. The masters expected that George called for a meeting at Henry's house. I attended ,we talked on how to handle this matter,if we put our forces together taking George down would be easy so we all agreed and the preparations began. George was sent a letter to resign as a master since he committed such an unforgivable act. He was given a week to resign and pay for compensation, he can't be killed but resigning and paying 100,000 gold was his fine and giving the masters two lands each was his fine for the commotion

Ezra's POV. Everyone was happy,the masters and soldiers were going to come home soon. After three days I stood with the maids waiting for the master's return. Cheers were heard in the city ,everyone was happy.A banquet was already prepared. I even went to a shop and bought a princess dress,and applied makeup to look pretty. Gloria had been looking at me strangely but I didn't care. A few minutes later the master and the soldiers were seen. Everyone in the mansion cheered ,I was happy he was alright I smiled.
