Lena's POV. The next day, I leave the house pretty early just as the sun rises, the kids are still fast asleep in my bed, they all crawled in there last night and I can never turn them away. I give them kisses on their heads before I leave but none of them stir. I already told Zoey last night that I would be leaving early so she knows. I step out of the house and take a deep breath, the view is amazing. The sun is like a ball of fire rising out of the trees, the birds are chirping and the air is fresh. This is one thing that you can't get in the city and now that I'm here after all these years, I have to admit that I've missed it. If the lab wasn't so far from the house, I would take advantage of this beautiful day and walk but I can't do that. Lena's POV. “What are we going to do now?” He asked me. I stay silent for a few moments and then it comes to me. “We need fresh samples, maybe this disease doesn't survive out of the bloodstream for a long period of time. So we need to get fresh blood samples. They're monitors in the clinic already so I need you to get the microscope and every other thing that we'll need we need to get to the clinic now.” I tell him and while he runs around to gather everything that we'll need, my mind is going a mile a minute. What kind of disease is this? It's like I feared it's smart, it's really smart. If it doesn't show up outside of the body then we're going to have a really big problem finding a cure. “I have everything.” Emmett says as he comes towards me with a box in his hand. “Ok, let's go.” We take of our gowns, masks and surgical gloves and out them in the trash and then we walk through the decontamination bay before we leave the lab. “What kind of
