Lena's POV. THE BASEMENT DOOR creaked open. I was lying on a cot, curled up in a little ball with my back to the stairs. I didn’t bother to turn when I heard the footsteps. It had been the same thing for the last several days. Sometime in the late afternoon, Frank brought me food and two water bottles. He would set it on the table in the center of the room, stand by the base of the stairs for a few awkward seconds looking at me and for a second I think I saw pity in his eyes but it was gone so quickly that I might've imagined it, and then he turned and slowly walked back upstairs. The next morning, the sound of the basement door opening wakes me up and then the sound of high heels coming down the stairs makes me open my eyes, because that sound means only one thing, Gina. She comes down the stairs and Frank is with her. “How are her injuries?” She asks him. “Oh, she's fine. I gave her some pain killers so she's good to work.” He tells her. She doesn't even look at the other girls in the room, all her attention is on me. “Hope a few days down in the basement taught you a lesson. You better behave today if not, I'll give complete control over to Marcus and then he can do with you however he pleases.” She tells me, just the talk alone is enough for me to swallow any retort that I had on the tip of my tongue. “I understand miss Gina.” I answer her with my head bowed. “See, that wasn't so hard, but you girls always like to learn things the hard way. “Get in the beauty room. Now.” She commands.

Alpha Leo's POV. The plane lands and we all unfasten our seatbelts and remove our bags, Stefan gets out of the cockpit and opens the planes door. Everyone files out of the plane but I stay behind to talk to Stefan. None of us are allowed to eat together and I imagine it’s because they don’t want any of us becoming friends—joining forces and planning to escape together or some shit. I look around the basement now and it's huge and from what I can see it has different rooms just like the one I was kept in, well I guess you can't call them rooms, they're more like cells with doors instead of bars.
