I woke up feeling a slight pain in my shoulder, and I groaned. “Amber” “Mum” I was surprised to see my mum sitting beside me. “Mum” I called again as a stray tear fell from my eyes. “Yes baby, I am here” She pulled me into a hug and I remembered the last time we saw we had ended things on a bad note.
