Jennifer's POV Slowly, the horse came to a halt. I sighed in relief and groaned in pain. My body was aching badly, it was a long trip and the rigor was too much for me. The horse rider pulled out my covering. He dismounted and helped me down carefully. He helped me balance on my feet but I jerked his hand away. My eyes dazzled as they adjusted to the light. Slowly, I took in my surroundings. The area was unfamiliar and the terrain was rugged. We were definitely out of the Moonlight Pack, I thought, still looking around. A hut stood afar and instinctively, I knew that it was our destination. "This way, my lady," the horse rider said, pointing in the direction of the hut. I walked up to him and slapped him hard on the face. "How dare you lay your hands on me! You filthy guard!" I yelled and he bowed before me.
