MAEVE “Where is it?!” I muttered and let out a frustrated groan. The brown papers which lined the shelves did not look like anything unique. Searching for some map I could barely identify was more aggravating than not being able to locate it but I knew I had to keep looking. I carefully peered into the scrolls displayed to find some inclination that I had seen what I was searching for but that proved futile. I tried to maintain the arrangement that the parchments had before I started disrupting their existence. It was one thing to be rummaging through the enemy’s property. It was another to get caught or leave hints that you have been there. When it looked decent enough, I backed away from the shelf and accidentally stubbed my heel against the table. I felt pain shoot up my Achilles heel and I instantly slapped my palm against my mouth to muffle a shout.
