Hazel’s POVThe day had favored me. First, Drake had been a no show at the office which meant I could breathe and work without anxiously looking at his office door all the time. I did not have to be on high alert and that made me happy. Second, my colleagues, the ones who did not like me, were too busy to bother me. Apparently there was going to be a company auditing next week-they had not been doing their work properly and were working tirelessly to remedy that.
