Lucius povI woke from shouting on the other side of the door. Xabat was still present, but thankfully, I wasn’t him anymore. Just my usual, human self. He was quick to explain what had happened and how silver took me out. Apparently, I was in the hospital and the doctors had done a trick on us to ensure I lived.
