I was abruptly awakened by a commotion emanating from the kitchen, and I immediately recognized the source of the noise. It had to be Eva. I put on my glasses and made my way to the kitchen, curious about what Eva had been up to all day. I couldn't get in touch with her, and she was nowhere to be found.
