My adrenaline started pumping as we strutted to the cells. Apparently, they built them far enough away that it took us ten minutes just to walk to get there. I guess we were strange for wanting to keep a closer eye on the cells. As we got closer, I noticed a tiny little shack. The whole thing looks abandoned with broken glass, spray paint coloring the outside and rusty siding. If someone was to pass by here, they would have no idea what they were walking over. Dom opened the door for me as I stepped in. the room its self was completely bare other than a concrete door on the floor. Damian bent down and placed his thumb against the lock before it sprang open. Opening on its right, revealing concrete steps. Well, okay then. I didn’t verbalize my humor, but I am sure they felt it. The smell of wet earth, blood, and sweat penetrated my nostrils. It always turned my stomach, but it was part of it. I don’t know how many cells I have been in, but this one was the most inhuman one.
