A mad blush appeared on Persephone’s cheeks when she noticed Zadicus’ keen eyes on her. “Alright, Everyone. She is Persephone Sage, the sole child of the Sage household and, unfortunately, the only member. She will be joining us today. Make sure to get along with her.” Sir Zuka warned everyone, especially turning to Zadicus to do as instructed. “Nice to meet you all.” Persephone said innocently, cheeks red from Zadicus’ intense stare. “Hmph, as if,” Kriss scoffed, rolling his eyes. “Hmph, except one,” Persephone retorted. “Persephone, why don’t you sit next to my son, Zadicus? He will guide you properly.” Sir Zuka smiled, motioning to her to sit. She nodded and sat beside him at a fair distance, not daring to lift her gaze. “Hey.” Zadicus stuttered, clearing his throat. “Hey.” She smiled, tugging her hair behind her ear. “Can I ask you something?” She asked timidly. “Hmm?” “Why are you looking at me like this?” She asked, biting her lower lips, which now made Zadicus flush.
