that saturday evening, their room was smelling strawberries when she got in from their little chinwag with the girls. ruby red and white rose petals on the marbled floor and the bed on which there was a red velvet dress, candles lighting up the entire room. lewis was a once in a blue moon hopeless romantic but when he chose to he surprised her and came up with something way better than the previous one. a note was attached to the dress with instructions. she picked it up and skimmed through it a warm smile escaped her lips as she started to undress."okay, where are the shoes?" she asked looking around, "they must be somewhere"there was another note stuck on their large rectangular dressing mirror mounted on her side of the bed that was in the middle of the room. she read through it and tip toed to the walk in wardrobe as though she was walking on eggshells. at the far end was the show rack. it was not hard to spot a shiny golden pair of hills among her pairs.
