Emily’s POV: It was 7 in the evening when my eyes swung open and I looked at the wall clock. I yawned and stretched my hands and legs after which I got up from my bed and walked over to the bathroom to get a shower with nice warm water. Emily’s POV: I didn’t turn around and kept processing what he said. He walked in front of me and looked at me while I kept looking at him, startled. Emily’s POV: When Aiden dropped me home that night, I kept thinking about him from taking a bath to getting to my bed to sleep. I wondered why he always cared for me that aggressively, or whether that care wasn’t just for me but he would have done it for any other girl too. I thought about him being there in that restaurant and whether it was actually a coincidence and nothing else. I once thought he followed me there but then I wondered why he would do that. I couldn’t think of any possible reason for him following me there and so I concluded that it was merely a coincidence. I thought about how aggressive and intimidating he always gets whenever I don’t listen to him in cases where he is actually caring for me. I blamed myself for that.
