CHAPTER #21“911” MEREDITH’S POV: I sat at my computer this morning, early September in Scotland was so serene and beautiful. I couldn’t concentrate as I stared out the window in stead of working on what I needed to do. I hadn’t slept well, premonitions kept staggering my mind. Many of them were blurbs and incomplete pieces, but the one that settled in my dreams, the most disturbing, was the one of my friend’s imprisonment holding a very pregnant belly. Her hand reached up into my mind, shrouded in darkness, concealed in a stone dungeon with iron bars, gasping “help me”. It was enough for me to startle awake gasping, drenched in a cold sweat.
