After that day, little April had always followed the doctor wherever he went, even when he warned her not to follow him, she did not heed to his warnings. She had promised herself that she would follow him until he agree to help her. Although that day, the doctor didn't give her any reply but she hoped that he had changed his mind and that he wouldn't take back his words. And at last, what she had hoped for finally happened. She heard the doctor in charge of her and her mum's conversation. He told her that they had found a heart donor for her and they would schedule a day for her surgery. "Doctor!" She called when she saw him at the garden. He was about to light his cigarette but she didn't mind, she ran to where he was. "I've been looking for you." Little April said as she got to where he was. April could not believe what she had just remembered, the demon.... the demon was the mysterious doctor who had saved her. He was the doctor that found a heart donor for her and saved her. However, April could not understand why he did that, why did he save someone he was hellbent in killing? She could not help but wonder why she never remembered any of those memories, those memories of him saving her, those memories of searching for him, why did she forget them all? Why were those memories suddenly coming back to her? And those words he had said to her, he had warned her to run away from him, he had already told her that he would come back to kill her. The more she thought about it, the more confused she got. The demon.... she could never understand him. He told her to run away when he knew she could never run away from him. She believed there was a reason, a reason why he didn't kill her fifteen years ago and the reason why he still had not killed her yet. What was that reason?

As she walked towards where the demon was, she noticed a chopper beside him. Were they going to board the chopper? The moment she got to where he was standing, he handed over a cloak to her. "Wear this." He said. And without wasting a moment longer, he led her to the chopper and they both boarded into the aircraft. But, April found it weird as it was just the two of them in there, was he going to fly the chopper? He gestured for her to sit, April could only obey his instructions, knowing what he was about to do. He was going to personally pilot the chopper with her seated next to him. April watched him as he began to pilot the aircraft and within few minutes, they were already flying, up in the sky. As she watched him, she could not help but wonder how many things he was good at. He was a Doctor and probably once a pilot for him to know how to pilot the helicopter so well. She guessed it was probably because he had lived for a long time so he probably knew how to do many things

April opened her eyes only to find herself in what looked like an underground prison, which looked almost the same as the dungeon she was once chained in by the demon. Why was she here? Not long ago, she was in the room trying her best to fall asleep and now she was suddenly in here. She noticed she was not chained like last time, did the demon bring her here? Or, could this be another strange dream? Was she in her dream? Was this still part of the strange dreams she had been having? But the other dreams she had were about her childhood, this dream felt eerie, even merely looking at the place gave her the creeps. So many questions flooded her mind as she looked around the dungeon. Could there be a reason why she was brought here? She kept questioning herself yet she could not even find an answer. However, she was still tensed up upon seeing him. Maybe it was because he looked different or maybe it was because he was staring at her with that dark expression filled with nothing but pure hatred. Either ways, the demon's physical appearance looked odd. Since the day he had abducted her, she had never seen him look this haggard before. His hair which were usually neatly combed was messy, his handsome face looked pale like that of a ghost and his shirt which used to be neatly ironed was rumpled and not even properly buttoned.
