"What? Why would you go marching in there. You are the one that they want." Lyle said, dropping his arms now. Amaris looked him straight in the eye. She had expected him to put up resistance. "I do not know where they are, or even if they are in there. I can not communicate with them, so I am also not sure if my powers would be able to reach them, which means that we go in." She put her hands on her hips this time. Lyle looked hesitant, but just backed up and put out his hand signaling her to lead the way. Amaris walked to the hole in the wall, and peaked around the corner to make sure that there was no one around. She did not see anyone. As she was about to step out from around the corner, Lyle sauntered in without waiting to see if the coast was clear. Amaris scowled at him. She took a few quick steps and caught up to him. "Don't you think that we should be more careful? We do not know if there are anymore enemies here." She said in a low whisper. Lyle shrugged.
