'He's supposed to be coming home next month!' her mind was roaring loud, but she needed to control her mouth before thoughts slipped out. "I cut the introduction. You guys know who these guys are. I am friends with Daniel," Psyche interrupted, but Serina's mind was wandering off. 'So what will happen in the future?' Serina thought since she traveled back in time, she would have a better picture of the entire happenings for the whole year, but the thing is, her mind is quite confused now because the timeline had messed up. When is the better day to divorce him then? What if she died earlier than she had foreseen? Those are just a few of her concerns.  '

 "Answer me, or I'll kiss you?" he added, which caught Serina by surprise. Serina catches her breath and dares not to close her eyes as Vincaster's lips almost touch hers, but they both jolted when the car behind them hit the buzzer. "J-just focus on the driving wheel and the road." She pushed him before turning her back. She'll rather face the window and city light than see her naughty husband. She was watching the cars and street lights when she noticed that..."Hey, we have passed our unit. Where are we heading?"  "I know." "So, where are we going? You should tell me where you are dragging me. I have all the rights to know, yah hear me?"

The wind from the balcony, however, Vincaster didn't mind it. He chose to stay and stare at the stars. He sipped a cup of cappuccino while browsing his phone and searching Xavier’s social media account.   “He looked like a squid. What did Serina like about him anyway? I am handsome and rich compared to this squid, but why does she hate me too much? What exactly is her ideal type?” he murmured.   He recalled what happened in the bar, and the stars witnessed how he smirked before saying, “She got wasted on that day because of this plankton creature?"   Meanwhile, Serina entered the room and saw her husband laughing on the balcony. She shook her head and mumbled, “He is such a lunatic. What the hell is he doing on the balcony anyway?”  

Serina was wearing a white cloth that covered her white cocktail dress beneath. She was staring at the glass door of the balcony, "This is it! The past bounced back to its original sequence. Then, what's the probability for this day to stick with what happened in the past? Perhaps, there would be a slim chance of altering an event? If it would follow the past, it means I can get a hold of events until I get that divorce."   "I see. Talking to yourself was your style. Anyway, didn't I prohibit you from mentioning divorce until grandpa's last breath?"   "Why are you here? You are not allowed to visit the bride's quarter before the actual matrimony," she uttered without looking at the door because Vincaster's voice is no longer a play hint to her; she knows his voice very well.  

  Vincaster noticed that Serina’s hand flinched when he glanced in her direction after talking to his grandpa. When his grandpa went back to the table to join the other attendees, he approached her to help his wife be at ease. He didn't exactly hear the whole conversation, but it seems like the woman whispered sh*ts on her wife. If not, Serina would not have acted anxious.   Vincaster was upset when he saw Xavier in person, thus he kept reiterating who he was in her life even though it was a marriage for convenience. He had a bad feeling about how Xavier looked at his wife as if there was something unspoken behind those stares.   They were seated at a long table that perfectly accommodated their attendance.
