Alice          I lift my hand up to wave as soon as I see my friend, Juliet walks into the café. She smiles, striding excitedly towards me before pulling me in for a hug. It's not like I haven't seen my best friend in ages but it's how we always greet each other. We've gotten used to it along the way.          "I'm sorry for being late," Juliet says, putting down a few shopping bags beside her seat.          "You're never known for being punctual," I respond, smirking as she nods her head; agreeing. Alice           "I can't believe he did that," Teresa says as we walk down the aisle of the store, glancing towards every type of clothing. We stop near the hoodie section with Juliet nodding her head while taking a few from the racks and trying it on her body. "I really can't believe he did that!"            "Well . . . you don't have to be so loud about it," Juliet frowns.           "It was—"           Teresa cuts me off, "—a low fucking blow!"           "Yup. Alice          “He’s a werewolf. A human that can change into a wolf,” I repeat, laying flat on the bed as I try to remember the way his body shifted. The way his bones cracked and his body filled with brown-coated fur, the only thing that remained the same were his eyes. They were as brown as ever with a slight tint of yellow, the same tint I saw when we first met.           It wasn’t my mind playing tricks. I was seeing things clearly despite of the drug.          “Oh my god, Alice. How is this even possible?” I mouth, closing my eyes as I try to remove the images of his body—the way he growled as he changed. No matter how hard I try to forget about what happened or convince myself it was not real, it will never change the fact that it happened. He is truly a werewolf. &n

Alice          Damon and I are staring at the cabin, somehow out of words. After a stroll around the ‘neighbourhood’ which was intentionally for me to learn more about his pack, things just started to take an unexpected turn. There was no awkward conversation between us but the intensity and the butterflies that were emerging in my stomach, it couldn’t get any worse.           So, here we are—in his car, staring at the front door of the cabin where my friends are inside.           Don’t forget to mention that Juliet’s car is parked behind us with one of the pack members, probably waiting in boredom. Damon asked for his help to drive the car back to the cabin because he wanted me to be in the car with him, so we could talk more but we haven’t been saying a word.     &n
