51. You Can't Be Here!

I wake up in a dark room. I don’t know what time of day it is, because there aren't any windows. The walls, floor, and ceiling are all the same. Just a dismal looking grey. I search around the room, trying to find a door, or any way of escape. I look down at my body. I still haven't had a chance to assess my injuries from the accident. Apart from some cuts and scratches, I seem to be ok. I sigh in relief that I made it out of that wreck, for the most part unscathed.Suddenly, a light appears, but before I have a chance to see what's happening, I’m pulled backwards by my hair. Someone is pulling me, I grab at the hands holding me, hoping that I can get them to break their hold on me. They continue to drag me by my hair, I cry out in pain, trying to stand up, to make the pain ease. They reach a door, then they release their grip, only to push me into the room. I fall to the ground. I don’t move for a moment trying to get my bearings. I try to sit up, to get a

52. Escape

“You’re already so wet for me.” Gary takes two fingers and rubs them around my entrance. He pulls them out shortly after, and holds them in the air, in front of Xavier, where you can see his fingers dripping from my fluids. The liquid begins to drip onto Xavier's lap. Gary then reaches into me one more time to lap up some more liquid. He then brings his hand over to Xavier, and puts his fingers inside of his mouth. Forcing him to taste me. He brings them back once more, then forces his fingers in my mouth. I spit it out, only to be slapped across the face. My head spins at the sudden pain. It takes a moment for the stars to go away, before I can get my head to stay straight."Please! Stop! Don't hurt her!" Xavier exclaims, trying his best to save me, the only way he can in this moment. However Gary and Steve could care less about his cries, they're too involved with torturing me.Gary suddenly thrusts his fingers inside of me while s

53. It's My Fault

Behind me, Xavier gently and discretely pulls my arm back, his hand reaching for the knife. Before Steve has time to understand what's happening, Xavier grabs the knife, and throws it with complete precision and accuracy into his skull. I see his body slowly react to what has just happened. His knees bow down to the ground, where his body falls down in a dead drop shortly after. Steve is lying on his back, with the knife sticking out the front. A pool of blood forming at his side. Stunned, my mouth falls open. I turn to Xavier impressed with what he's just done, only to see him collapse to the ground. I quickly reach for him, and help him to stand up. “We need to get out of here.” I say to no one in particular, wrapping his arm around my shoulders, helping him down the alley way. Holding Xavier up, I look around for anything that can help. I look over to see an old ford fiesta. Together, we make our way to the car. I rest Xavier along the passenger

54. I Don't Know

I awake to see Xavier beside me. He has a strong hold on me, almost in fear, that if he lets me go, I will never return to him. I cough as I try to ask what happened. Only for Xavier to immediately stir, and tell me not to talk. I nod my head, as I give him a pleading look, hoping he'll understand."Your body went into shock. Your body shut down because of lack of food, water, and sleep." He looks at me upset. "Why didn't you eat or sleep?" I try to tell him why, but he puts a finger to my lips hushing me. "Dr Lawson had to intubate you. Your throat will hurt for the next while. But as long as you don't overdo it, like talking, you'll heal quickly."I nod, showing him that I understand."I just don't understand how this even happened? Did you let Dr Lawson check you over when we got back?"I look down, and shake my head. Xavier looks at me, then takes a quick breath, as he looks towards the cei

...Ryker POV...I'm in the conference room of the infamous 'Seven Seas Resort & Casino'. I've been working on this deal for so long, that I can't even remember when we first started it. We've been working towards a partnership for so long now. By gaining this deal, we will be able to expand the Scorpion's reach. Right now, our reach is only as far as the US, primarily in the city of Cortina. With this deal, we would have a global reach, crossing all seven seas. The only thing preventing this deal from going forward is the asshole himself Daniel Price. Daniel is the CEO of the Seven Seas empire. He knows the reputation of the Scorpions, and has been drawing this deal out longer than necessary. He feels as though he can control us. However, the Scorpions will never get backed into a corner like a scared mouse. Rather we're the lion that attacks. I'm done with being pushed around. It's about time that Daniel Price learns what happens to those that don

56. Deceit

It's been two days since we found out that Ryker was kidnapped. I've barely left my room in that time. I just continue to pace throughout my room, dreading the unknown. Not knowing whether Ryker is alive or dead, has my nerves twisted in a knot. It drives me insane to think that Craig has my brother. I worry about what they're doing to him. I collapse to the ground in fear. My knees buckled, and head buried, as the tears begin to fall freely. Terrified that they're torturing him, like they did me. Or worse. What if they've killed him?Ryker is too loyal to myself and Xavier. There's nothing that they could do to him, to make him talk. He would much rather take a bullet for us, than see us hurt. It's because of that loyalty, that I know he's in trouble. A man without fear, is either dead, or hoping to die.I try not to think of it, but flashes of my brother beaten to a pulp, and lifeless on the ground cloud my thoughts. Preventing me from seeing anything differently. Su

57. Traitor

...Xavier POV...Ever since Lexi and I were kidnapped my men have been on high alert. None of that should've even happened. I was furious with my men at first. How could they have let this happen? I was furious, but knew nothing would come out of dwelling on the past. Instead we needed to figure out everything that went wrong. I decided to meet with my men at my office so that we could go over everything that happened."We need to start from the beginning. The more we can tackle this problem, the quicker I'll be at ease knowing this shit could never happen again." I say, addressing my men."Damian. I need to start with you. How come you weren't able to find us using Lexi's tracker?" I ask him, focusing my attention on him."My guess is they anticipated that we would keep tabs on her in some way or another. I think they knew there was a tracker on her, but not sure as to where. Which is why they removed your clothes. We used a really good tracker, however

58. Kidnapped

We make our way downtown. To my old stomping grounds. I know this city better than anyone. When we get to the first store I want, I stop the car on the side of the street."Where exactly are we?" Jax says. I can feel his discomfort. I can tell he's never been to this side of town. Which is perfect, because it will make my plan that much easier to execute."Oh, I just felt a bit thirsty, so wanted to grab a drink first. Do you want anything?" I ask."No, it's ok, just don't take too long." "I can't guarantee anything. This coffee shop is quite popular, and they typically have long lines. But I'll do what I can."I offer a small smile, before exiting the car, in the direction of the coffee shop.As I round the corner, I make a beeline for the Jewelry store next to the coffee shop. I run in, knowing exactly what I want. The door bell chimes as I enter. A rough looking burly man approaches the counter. "Can I help you?"

59. Congratulations

...Jax POV...When I caught Lexi trying to leave earlier, I knew something was up. Ever since Ryker was taken, she's become a shell of herself. She hasn't even rested or ate anything ever since her and Xavier returned from wherever they were captured. The only time she's rested is when she's passed out. Either from a panic attack, or from stress.I was nervous about her going out by herself, but I know that the boss would be happy knowing that she's attempting to have some sort of normalcy. I figured that if I went with her, then I could at least make sure that nothing happened to her. And well me. Xavier would kill me in a heartbeat if something ever happened to her, and I could've stopped it. So I 'un'willingly decided to let her go wherever it was she wanted to go.When Lexi said she wanted to go out, this was the last place that I expected to be. Out front of a lingerie shop, as she buys something 'special' for Xavier. For some reason I feel

60. Son of a Dragon

I wake up, my head spinning. I feel slightly nauseous. I close my eyes, trying to stabilize myself. I focus on my breathing, and then the feeling around me. I must be chained, I open my eyes looking around. As I figured, I'm chained to a chair, my arms handcuffed behind me. My ankles strapped to the chair. Expecting to see Craig when I gained consciousness, I was surprised to be face to face with someone else. My face contorts as I look at him. He looks so similar to Craig, however his features are much more defined. I blink again when I see him. Unable to not see Craig standing before me. The man causally pulls out a small blade from his pocket, twisting it between his fingers. Hearing me stir, he glances up at me, as he continues to spin the knife.Standing at an intimidating 6'4". Towering above my small 5'4" frame. Tattoos travelling down his arms, forming a large dragon. His scarred face, and cold demeanour would normally be considered frightening, but I onl
