Rosalind"Axel," I said, my voice shaking. From the sound of the growl, I could tell that the size of the creature in front of us was enormous. As the fog cleared out, I found out that my suspicions were right. Axel and I unconsciously took a step backward, looking at the ginormous being in front of our eyes. It was a big, green creature—nothing like I've ever seen before. Its teeth were dripping with some kind of black liquid, and I covered my nose because it smelled like rotten garbage. Its eyes were bloodshot, almost hungry, and its skin was scaly like a snake and rough like tree bark. "What...is that?" I asked, both in awe and in fear. "I don't know," Axel responded. The creature suddenly started walking toward us, and Axel started slowly unsheathing his sword. The creature must have been incredibly observant because the next thing we knew, it pounced on us, baring its teeth.
