Diana SOME STORIES DO not start from the beginning. Stories like Diana's were just thrown into the middle.  And like most stories, hers had a happy beginning, but her story started when everything went down. There were three sides to her; the leader, the child who never grew up, and the damaged version.  For three years, she had strived to bury the last two parts where they could never surface, but after her last nightmare, the damaged version of her awakened.  For the next week, Diana worked herself to the bone, preparing for the attack they planned to launch on the zombies in the next two weeks. Diana THE MOST DIFFICULT thing for Diana to do was pretend. To pretend she was fine when she was in a constant struggle to shut down and forget everything.  The struggle was tiring and all she wanted was for someone to share the burden with her… but could she be that selfish to doom someone else?  The sight of a bloodied Robin with bites and slashes all over him was the last push that tipped her over the edge. Immediately she was overwhelmed with so much anger, even more than she could bear.  Anger at Doctor Young, at the humans and worst of all, anger at herself. The last one instantly quenched the anger, replacing it with guilt which worsened as Aiden stormed out of the first living room on seeing her.  "Don't blame yourself, Diana, there was no way you could have known they'd attack so soon," Robin croaked, wincing shortly after. 

Diana  FOR A LONG time, Diana had never felt so light. It was true what people said that a problem shared is a problem half solved. She knew she had a long way to go, but speaking was a huge leap from where she used to be.  Since all of the surviving vampires had relocated to the Moonshine pack, they couldn't access the weapons they made with the 'Zombie Killer' and other weapons.  They still hadn't changed the name much to Rudolph's annoyance.
